This item seems to be extremely helpful for my posture. Haven't felt any discomfort. It can hide under my coat so I can wear it as long as I want. I have often suffered from shoulder and neck pain due to poor posture for many years and it is not always easy to find relief. I have been using this product for an hour a day for two weeks and have noticed a significant difference. It automatically pulls you into an upright position and prevents tipping over, relieving general aches and pains. The material is very good, light and comfortable. The straps are soft, but it's better to wear a shirt underneath. I fix it every time I wear it. So far I realize that I can work even better, which means I'm improving! I debated for a while which brand to go with as there are so many of them here at Revain and I wasn't wrong when I went with the AP shape.
