Came in a damaged box, opened.

Bought 2 of the same model. Different packages came in (perhaps old and new batch?) Description says 10 years/million miles, the other package says 10 years 100,000 miles. You can see the 2nd photo I put side by side. Was also opened from above. You can see the 3rd photo with finger black solder cut out damaged. There is a video, I can post anything. How is it to be understood?
