I ordered a pair of these off Ebay a few years ago. They were cheap and the magnets didn't stay in place so they didn't target the right acupressure points to relieve neck pain. They are much better made and the magnets are sewn in place to keep them in place. It's a bit stiffer than my old one, but I think that's a good thing as it's more like a neck brace. It warms well and provides the necessary amount of heat. worth your money. I am happy with my purchase.
