The best part is how easy it was to set up our account; we had an existing client relationship so there wasn't any learning curve at all! We were able to get started without having much technical experience or knowledge about shippers/3rd party logistics companies.

I wish they would have provided more training before launch - maybe some sort of orientation workshop? It's been great being able to see exactly where each shipment goes once its outbound from us (and vice versa) but also seeing when something doesn't go right along the way which helps me identify problems quickly.
