I went to the Verilux online store not too long ago to make a purchase, and I'm sorry to say that I did not have a good experience there. To begin, the website was difficult to use, and it took me a considerable amount of time to locate the information that I required. When I had finally located the item that I was looking for, I was dismayed to discover that there were none left in stock. After looking over many alternative options, I decided to go ahead and make a purchase. However, the shipment was painfully delayed, and it took a great deal more time than the time that was estimated for delivery. After a long wait, the goods was delivered, but it was broken and not at all what was advertised on the internet. I attempted to get assistance from the customer support department, but the persons I spoke with were unhelpful and unresponsive. I had to make several tries before I received a response, and even after that, the outcome did not meet my expectations. My time spent shopping at the Verilux online store was, on the whole, a source of aggravation and disappointment. The website was complicated to use, the delivery was slow, and the customer service representatives were useless. I would not suggest this store to anyone else, and I will not be returning here to make any other purchases in the near or far future.
