Works with Sony a7iii and Pocket Wizard Plus ii for videos but NOT for what I intended it for - photos. Tried different settings in the menu and all the settings in Pocket Wizards and couldn't get it to work. Oddly enough, if you hold the shutter button to focus and then launch the "remote" Pocket Wizard, the camera will fire, but that pretty much defeats the purpose. Seeing this I switched to manual focus hoping it might work since I didn't prefocus, but it didn't. The result is an excellent quality cable and works for VIDEO on an a7iii with Pocket Wizard Plus ii but not for PHOTO. I'll keep playing around with it and when I get it working I'll update this review and change the rating accordingly.
