Our old cat had health problems and stopped eating. He lost most of his weight and we almost gave up and put him to sleep. He ate a small amount of his wet food and then stopped eating it. We've tried everything in the store, from super expensive to cheap wet food. He can't eat any solid food at all and I have to feed his wet food with water. As a last resort I bought some wet food from Revane to see if we could find him something to eat. There were others in the reviews for this one with similar issues and already added some extra liquid so it looked like it might work. I don't know what's in it to make it work, but he finally started eating. This food stimulated his appetite and he was hungry all the time. Hooray! At first he couldn't eat much, but now he's eating a whole pack at a time. I added a second senior food bag as a snack and he eats most of it. He loves this food so much, when he sees me approaching the pantry he runs over to get more. He eats 2-3 packets a day, with smaller senior food in between. He gained weight and can now climb onto the bed. My only complaint is that I would happily buy 24 in a box. A large can would be even better, since you really have to feed several packs a day. I recommend this food for your cat, especially if they are fussy or ill. The texture is great, no need to add water and the packaging is easy to store and feed.
