Mislabelled items

Be careful when ordering - read the description, do not use the picture. I ordered a flower, they sent the wrong one. Replaced and wrong again. Finally, on the third try, I ordered according to the description and it was correct. What a hassle, now I have to go back. One would expect more attention to detail for the Kate Spade brand and price point.
