The plastic pieces on each corner holding the hinges together have now popped out and been lost. The mesh is still very comfortable to wear, but no longer holds its shape. Be sure to measure your trunk and make sure the size of this net is close. This goes well with my CRV. Edit: The seller contacted me and offered a new chain or a full refund, so the customer service is great. With that offer on the table, I would recommend the network.
