Works better on natural odors than synthetic ones. Best for urine, body odor, food and pet scents. Not suitable for chemical fragrances and fragrances. Scented detergents or stain removers affect the washing result. The instructions say not to pre-soak it, but I do it anyway and get much better results. I ran into issues where it wouldn't resolve when I moved house and changed washing machines. Water volume, temperature and other additives are factors to consider when loading. - I now use half a soak for regular loads and a full scoop of soak for the stinkiest.
