The TAB A is a decent tablet, but do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from Samsung. After a few months the tablet stopped working. Samsung offered to fix the problem. since it was still under manufacturer warranty. Samsung confirmed receipt of my tablet and this hat was the end. I literally spent a few hours on this and made several (6) calls to different numbers. no authority and no information on your situation, although I have a written recommendation from Samsung and a service ticket number. After 20 days I still haven't spoken to anyone who could tell me what happened to my tablet. Please forget Samsung.
