Satisfied at first, but the magnetic holding features seem to break easily or are of poor quality.

Bought about 6 months ago and worked fine until last week the center magnet shifted. I couldn't get it to stay there - the magnet on the lid pulled it back out. The case still worked, but without one of the magnets it wouldn't stay closed either. I really liked the case, so I decided to order a replacement case. A replacement arrived and without even taking it out of the transparent pouch I saw that the same magnet that came out on my other one was out of place on the replacement. Returned a…

Comparable to expensive!

I bought this Android tablet case that I bought for my brother and wow I was pleasantly surprised! That's great. I have a new iPad with almost the same case, it costs three times as much as this one and this JETech case is almost the same. I was so excited because I was afraid my brother, who only buys really good stuff, would call them "cheap". Not this case. The only cheap thing about this case is the price. Abysmal Customer Support

The TAB A is a decent tablet, but do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from Samsung. After a few months the tablet stopped working. Samsung offered to fix the problem. since it was still under manufacturer warranty. Samsung confirmed receipt of my tablet and this hat was the end. I literally spent a few hours on this and made several (6) calls to different numbers. no authority and no information on your situation, although I have a written recommendation from Samsung and a service ticket
