I searched and finally settled on this tool. I am very happy. I use it on my own IT/very stubborn trigger points and it's very easy to use. All directions have good grip angles, edges are perfect and solid (I dropped it once). Very happy. I am a therapist but not trained and will not be used on others until I am. I chose this product after PT used a similar one.
- VERSATILITY: Ideal for working with different muscle groups. When you need to focus on a small area, just twist it onto the ball end.
