I love fintie cases. I already have three. I wore out the first one. But I've had it in use for three HEAVY years. Bought it as a replacement. I now have an iPad Air and needed a different size case for it. So it was clear that I would buy another Finty. I feel the device provides an extra layer of protection against my clumsiness. I've dropped my iPad multiple times in the past. No harm done! The screen protector was torn and needed replacing, but the device was fine. No damage. This case actually seems smoother and more streamlined. It is more convenient to hold and fingers. It fits my new iPad perfectly and all the holes match up easily. There's also a black elasticated security strap (you can see it in the photos) that you can pull around the case to cover the device if you'd like. great variety also in design. I got the brown leather bag twice but just LOVE this Van Gogh cherry blossom design. Color time! Lots of great options, you should be able to find the one you like. It appears to be a vinyl material that washes off easily. (I use mine in the kitchen every day!) Inside is soft faux suede. Very, very soft. Every area my fingers touch is made of the same material, and it's actually MUCH less annoying than my previous one. My old case only had one viewing angle, but this one has three. I use them at different times for different reasons. Whether I'm typing or reading, or depending on where I am. Most of the time I'm not at the table, so it doesn't really matter. But you will definitely find one that works. If you use the case at your desk, the device sometimes slips out due to the small "stops". (I've shown three corners and "stops" in the drawings.) But that doesn't matter since it doesn't go anywhere on the table. There is no option to use the stand if you want to use the device in portrait mode. This may be a problem for you, but I will never need it. On the outside of the case there is a small pocket for some papers, which I like because I'm a big paper maker and should always have them on hand. . You can also see the stylus slot at the very bottom of the case. I don't, but my son does. He said it's designed well for the Apple Pencil and looks very solid. The slot protects your expensive pen as it is inside the case, not outside. All in all I love fintie cases and always go to them first.
