To small to fit both ice packs plus meds n gear

Only keeps cold for About 3 hours with 1 ice pack . . BUT IF U PUT BOTH PACKS There is no room for your injection equipment n vials .so I rate this as meh, ok. since it's only functional with 1 ice pack due to size don't go to far or long with this or your medication will be a little less then rooms temp in a few hrs .If you can figure out how to fit glass vials with both ice packs them it will stay cool for 3 4 hours .
