Not worth the pain or misguided ability.
This product works fine when you absolutely have to use it, but even with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis I've found it easier to use my hands and it's not great. The spring fails all the time, and while it's not essential, it's useful, so losing it in itself causes pain. I bought it hoping it would relieve the tension on the canvas on my hands and wrists but it was just as difficult and in many cases I couldn't even find a proper grip so it still couldn't be used. Definitely not a product I would recommend, although I'm sure it's not the only stretcher with this problem.
