I have chronic chapped lips. I think this is because I live in Southern California as I drink a ton (2L+) every day. That means I've tried EVERY lip balm. I recently had to travel to Nevada where a hot dry wind was blowing and I came back with the worst chapped lips of my life. I felt like a snake shedding its skin. I ordered the dr. Dans Corti Balm and within 2 days I was back to normal - even better than usual - no cracks. I would like to save it for emergencies or maybe just apply it at night before bed and use a different lip balm during the day as lip balm meds tend to wear off/you also get used to them then they don't work anymore. It has a really nice (to me) light herbal scent, not too medicinal. Jack Black's Tea and Bergamot is still my favorite, but it's now my second favorite.
