I bought these for my TV. Glad I tried them on my laptop first. The RCA ports are dead, as confirmed by customer service, which by the way has to go through a ridiculously LONG auto attendant before you get a human. I get sound when paired with my iPhone, but it's not great either, and here's the thing about Bluetooth — there's no app to remotely control the volume. You just connect to your phone and that's it. If you connect them to your TV and want to change the volume, you'll have to do it manually. The panel is not included. I'm sending these back and buying something else.
