Great Customer Service- Very Efficient Product

I really like how quick they are at responding, especially when we're in "emergency" situations! Sometimes it's hard because you have so many calls or texts with different people saying similar things but nothing specific enough from each side of what happens next? What do other companies use/how much does this cost per month compared too their own solution? We need better accountability (and more than one person needs access). Really try out multiple solutions before spending hundreds / thousands dollars up front -- there will be others who offer them cheaper without giving very good answers as far as pricing vs features used by customer base etc.. Be sure your sales team has done due diligence comparing prices w services being offered elsewhere if price range doesn't meet expectation then don’t move forward until budget can support new product purchase decision process. The customer service is great. The customer success manager is always available to help. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and the reporting is awesome. There are a few minor bugs and issues to be aware of. I highly recommend this product. It is easy to use, intuitive, and it is very easy to get started with. We are able to easily create PSA's and PSA's with links to the SSA.
