I've been looking for this type of pen for years. Once I had to throw away a whole basket of used pens that had run out of ink. I thought what a terrible thing for the environment. I got these pens right away. The pen's cap fits snugly into the end of the pen, allowing the capped end to be unscrewed. Then all you have to do is add a few drops of ink to refresh your pen. I immediately noticed that the pens write very easily, like a good fountain pen. The black is very deep, like a real sharpie. 4 tip sizes are perfect. The smallest size is like a micron felt tip pen. The largest looks like a real brush. The two sizes in between are like medium-sized markers like the Bic and Sharpie. Just great for the environment and the price is reasonable too.
