For the price, I expected better quality and customer service. The sutures unraveled after 2 months. I contacted them after 3 months, they said that after 90 days they won that I do nothing to repair or replace them. Also, they are oddly shaped in the insole which was very uncomfortable to wear, it caused pain in the foot behind the ball of the foot which still hurts for months even if I haven't used them. I bought Orthofeet shoes and the pain is finally gone. They look good or bad, they are not meant to be worn.
