Great product, great customer service
I used to give this seller one star because the item I received was missing some parts. After the seller contacted me and I mentioned the problem, they offered me a refund or sent me a new one. They returned my money without question. Well this product is great, love it, but the packaging is missing a few things. I highly recommend this product. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
- 10 pieces of jewelry included: 275pcs open jump rings (4mm), 130pcs open jump rings (8mm), 50pcs lobster clasps (12mm), 70pcs head pins (22mm), 70pcs pins for screws (10 mm), 200 pcs crimp beads (2 mm), 20 pcs earring hooks (20 mm), 20 pcs clasp pendants (9 mm), 20 pcs ribbon ends (10 mm) and 50 pcs. Clips for strap with a loop (7mm).
