The most useful feature is that it can be integrated with other systems, such as Salesforce or Slack to provide an easy way of tracking issues/problems in real time without having access to email accounts. It's very simple - you just need some basic knowledge about computers (and I am not talking only from programming perspective). There are no extra features like notifications etc., but maybe they will add them later. If someone needs something fast then this tool would fit perfectly! We solved problem of keeping track of all our equipment problems in one place so we don't have to go through thousands of emails every day when there is any issue.
