As can be seen in the attached picture, 2 of the 16 hex head screws supplied (12.5%) had problems: moderate tightening torque. As can be seen in the picture, the screw doesn't twist much when it fails; Rather, it shows what looks like air gaps in a casting. * Screw problem 2: The screw was picked up with a metal fragment stuck in the hex hole, preventing the inserted tool from tightening. Neither a very strong magnet nor a thin mandrel could loosen the metal in the tool hole of the screw. As shown, this metal fragment had to be drilled out for the screw to work. Otherwise, the shelving components arrived unscratched and included thick and padded feet to protect the floor (transparent color) already attached. With no screw issues, the unit is quick and easy to assemble and looks good, worthy of a 3-star rating. It should be noted that typical buyers/installers would have to return or replace this shelf (or find a way to request replacement hardware) or use their own replacement hardware, which likely will not match what was supplied. As shown, the screws are clearly visible in the finished product.
