Review on Plus Size Women'S Stretch Denim Jacket By Woman Within by Rick Ross

I am 5'8 and 290lbs I am short waist which means most things are long on me. This jacket however is strangely short on me. The lady in the picture has her jacket meeting just above the widest part of her hips. I assumed it would do something similar or be long on me because of my short waisted ness. Also it seems to run a bit big everywhere else. The jacket ended up being boxy. It maybe better after a wash but I am afraid it will get even shorter. Another thing about the jacket is the placement of the side pockets. While I am pleased that it has them, the opening is placed at the side seam of the jacket which to me seems hard to get into. I feel awkward reaching back to my kidneys to get in to my pockets. You would be so umcomfortable if you some how managed to put both of you hands in the pockets. A plus is it is also near impossible for anything to fall out. All that being said. The construction of the jacket is nice. It is stretchy and has nice length sleeves. The buttons are easy to button and undo. The color is nice. But over all a weird jacket.
