Time to try Reese.
Revain says it's compatible with my 2009 Lincoln MKS and plugs in. But the stop signal on the passenger side is not transmitted to my car's trailer. No response from technical support on manufacturer's website. I'll try the Reese version. They have "more" wires plugged into the passenger side of their box.
