They don't work at all

I plugged them into my Kindle half a dozen times before the Kindle recognized them. Once when I tried to connect them, my Kindle froze and I had to restart the Kindle. After the device registered the headphones, the sound became faint and removed and could not be adjusted. I spent $10 on these headphones but now you don't have to because I'm warning you they won't work.
