I received this waist trainer today! I LOVE it! It’s snug enough to make a difference without cutting off my air supply! I don’t feel so tight that I cannot breathe, but I can tell it’s doing it’s job. Being able to cinch my waist in two places is awesome! I can see what I hope to look like at the end of my weight loss journey. This is a MUST BUY! You can thank me later!Bought a size 3X because I wasn’t sure about how tightly it would fit, but could have easily gone smaller (2X). I’m 5’10 and I weigh 230lbs.
