Review on πŸš— BOSS BVNV9384RC Car GPS Navigation & DVD Player: Double Din, Bluetooth, 6.2" LCD Touchscreen, MP3 CD DVD USB SD, AM FM Radio by Jim Roberts

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not great but good enough.

This is the second one I've bought. I bought one for my daughter's car. This is a replacement for a dead (6 month old) DUAL stereo in my son's car. "Plus: The sound is good. Has a 7-band equalizer. Works with Bluetooth and iPhone. The GPS works well, although some things aren't intuitive. It's well built. The board works fine. DVD playback is good. FM sensitivity is not the best, but acceptable. Cons: Display location is not the best. Information about the station and the song is written very small on the screen in a corner. You cannot change anything in the picture structure. The USB port only charges about 1 amp. The iPhone sometimes changes. My Galaxy charges reliably. Things like saving favorite GPS points are clunky and unintuitive. Overall, BOSS seems like a decent brand (contrary to my only experience with DUAL). I have an OLD (about 15 year old) BOSS Car Graphic EQ that STILL works. I have a BOSS woofer amp that has been working great since 2014.
