It might be 5 stars because it folds and has a 'lever' to hold the laptop in place when laid down. Fabulous! It fits in my computer bag or carry it around! That's why I bought it, because "comfortable workspace" is not understood everywhere. I can turn a bed or a sofa into my office. The size is perfect, enough space for a laptop, mouse and even a small notepad if needed. It's solid and if the legs would snap into place I'd rate it as more stable. As for ergonomics, it doesn't ONLY reach the comfort mark! My laptop is in the CENTER at work. This table places your laptop on the left side when using the cooling or elevation features. My keyboard is a bit off center. Lifting the laptop is useless except when using the touchscreen 100%. I just use my little magnetic "cooling feet" to tilt my laptop. Also, it works well to stand while working. Now let's look for a micro mouse pad with a wrist rest to keep it from slipping off. I literally used flip flops to hold my mouse, block out the noise and move smoothly! If you see my soulmate by the pool without his right shoe...Pssst, I caught them for my mouse :)
