I wanted to post a review because I've researched mattress pads extensively. I was worried about my bed because of hot flashes. The last thing I wanted was a mattress topper that would make me sweat even more! I've seen reviews saying it's cool. That doesn't match my experience at all. I ran part of it under the faucet and the water ran off rather than getting wet. In addition, it is good for bed. It moves or it doesn't move. I have a Sleep Number bed with a nice pad, so I was glad it wasn't so thick that it took the comfort out of my nice mattress. Very satisfied. I've washed it twice and it's holding up great.
