Very happy with it so far. I add it to smoothies prepared in a blender. (I didn't smell it in these.) I stirred it vigorously in plain room temperature water and drank it - it tasted great as it's very mild. It required a bit of "muscle stirring," but it blended completely without the use of a mixer. I also stirred it in warm water and drank it warm. (The instructions don't say if it can be added to warm water, but I found it reasonable and easier to mix than room temperature water.) At least not for me. doesn't cause bloating and didn't make me feel too full. But it helps when I think I need to eat, or need an excuse to eat when I really don't. I like that it's low in sodium and grass. The fat content isn't listed on the label, but I'm assuming it's low-fat. [My goal is to increase collagen levels in the body without increasing sodium and fat intake, and a good quality bone broth should help with that.]
