Review on πŸ“± Smart Watch Fitness Tracker with Heart Rate Monitor & IP68 Waterproof - Compatible with iPhone & Android Phones - Pedometer, Bluetooth & Touch Screen by Gina Clark

Not bad, but there are a few hiccups.

I've only used this watch for one day so time will tell and I'll update the review if necessary, but here are my first impressions: This watch was more durable than I expected out of the box. It comes with the straps removed and they are held in place by slider/push pin mechanisms which include an extra pair in the box just in case. The silicone strap was large enough and adjustable enough to fit my wrist, which is a bit small but has enough room for those who need it. The group seemed solid enough, there really wasn't anything special about it. It says download the app first, but then something is mentioned about how to connect it to Bluetooth on your phone, not in the app like I should have. When I first connected it to Bluetooth outside of the app, it didn't work. Once I hooked it up and figured out how it works, everything was pretty simple and straightforward. The app itself looks good and is easy to use. I was able to update my watch settings from metric to imperial units and set my personal preferences with little effort. Testing the HR/BP and BO level functions turned out to be quite reliable. My heart rate was as expected and my oxygen levels and blood pressure seemed about the same. I didn't realize it, but I had a mode that measured all these levels constantly, every 10 minutes I think, and got quite a few results that seemed accurate. I turned this feature off, but it's nice that you can schedule it to basically follow you and pick a specific time period each day. Otherwise you can do it manually via the clock, as I have done in the future. I checked the sleep function last night and it accurately stated that I fell asleep around 11:30pm and woke up around 5am (not my choice) but half an hour later I fell asleep again for another hour and a half. The watch recognized this, but the app never updated no matter what I tried and still showed the latest. Not a big deal, but annoying when trying to keep track of the app. I tested the exercise function this afternoon on a little walk during my lunch break. I selected the "walk" function in the sport section of the watch and it recorded my time, odometer, step, heart rate, steps and pace with an accuracy that I believe to be correct. minutes, 0.7 miles walk. That's awfully sweet of you, but I've never burned that many calories. That's grossly inaccurate. Although I would like to! As for the connection to phone calls/SMS, I'm a bit confused. I received a notification on my watch when I received a call before but didn't receive any SMS. I verified that the app has both call and text permissions on my device and it does. I'm not exactly sure what's going on there, I need to take a closer look. I've also tried the weather (accurate) and the find phone feature, which works but throws a horrible alarm on my phone. phone i hate I'll probably only like it for Google to figure out what my phone is doing next, but it's a neat feature. Other features I haven't tried yet are music controls, a timer, and a stopwatch. Overall I like the look, I like that you can change the watch faces (there's plenty to choose from in the app) and the raise-to-wake feature is planned, meaning you can set it to only with 8:00 works until 22:00 so it won't light up your room if you wear it to sleep. I wish it had an alarm clock, but that's a minor inconvenience. I'm also a little frustrated that I can't link it to Google Fit as I have to use that for my health and life insurance to get credit. But I think I have to spend a little more for a well-known brand. if i want it Anyway, for the price I would recommend it. **UPDATE** I find the step count pretty inaccurate. Compared to my usual workday step count on the other three watches I've used earlier, that's a lot less than I thought it would be at the end of the day. Also, sometimes the app doesn't update my sleep log, which is weird. Sometimes it takes a full day to refresh my previous night's sleep.
