I use shirts like this primarily as undershirts when I'm at work, as I wear Polos on the daily. However, on occasion, I do go outside for walks and runs with these on, as the material is typically perfect for that type of activity. Given the aforementioned "loose" fitting nature of these shirts, it's even better for those instances because I find they aren't sticking to me if I've worked up a sweat, as much as a smaller size would. There are just two things about the shirts that I'm just a tad miffed about:First, there's no indication of which is front and back. No tags, no printing where a tag would be, nothing. Very minor. The other aspect is that they don't do much to counteract the cold. I'm not exactly sure if they're meant to, but recently I went for a walk, it was about 50 and breezy, pretty standard for where I live, and the shirt provided almost nothing in terms of warmth. It basically felt like I was wearing nothing. Not a deal breaker, especially since those instances are few and far between AND I'm not even sure that's a feature of the shirt.Either way, these things are very comfortable, running a tad larger than a normal (medium in my case), and as such, I'll probably snag some more of them as they are the perfect undershirt for work.
