How many times have I tried to thread the elastic through the case and a safety pin has opened, tangled the fabric and refused to come out without a fight? More than I care to count, just so many times. I'm by no means a seamstress and end up learning things the hard way. It's been years since I've had to perform a resilience maneuver through the channels and I've been terrified of doing it. I just clicked and saw this article. I read the description and ordered without hesitation. I had to be patient as the order came without this item, but Revane replaced it and I got a new best friend! (Sorry for the exaggeration.) I didn't even use it properly the first few times - didn't notice the larger one falling apart and the pair of "claws" holding the elastic - and I still liked it. Now that I have read the instructions I will never be without them again.
