Deathrattle on wooden floors!

The reels work but they're so loud I thought my Roomba threw a gear or something. Come to find out what is the installation of these roles. They're quiet on carpet, but on hard ground they sound like a sack full of rocks. I returned these to iRobot commercials, you'll hear the difference in the video!
