I like how easy it is to create templates as well have different sections within them such that you can use one section in another template easily without having duplicate content or multiple emails sent out with slight changes - this has made our life easier! There are some features which could be improved but not much really at all when compared against other software available online these days (eg : zoho mail). It's great if your business deals mostly internally so its best suited then email marketing automation because of ease of sending automated messages via various channels/methods etc., Also allows tracking leads through campaigns from past till present alongwith many more useful functionalities than just an Email Marketing platform alone would give out-of box options too make sure we consider those before going ahead! We used yu domail since last 2 years now & never had any issues nor complaints regarding their services until recently they started charging us Rs 200/- per user annually even though most companies offer free trial version during first.
