So I plug in the first battery pack I know to be completely dead, the light turns green and stays green. Obviously we can't get it to charge because it's charged. I tried the second with a different battery, it worked, changed forever, but it charged. Now they are both displayed in green. My opinion is that they are all cheap. Stupid for the consumer.
- LED indicator Red light means charging, green light means full charge.
