Okay, this pillow made me scratch my head and I was definitely planning to return it. When it arrived it didn't smell at all like some reviews say, but it was 3 big pieces of "stuff" that I had to smash. So I did my best and thought, yeah, that's crap from here. Then about 3 hours later I wanted to put it back in the box and oh my god! Simply fluffed up 😱! This is now my favorite pillow! I use it in bed and on my lap to hold my iPad. This pillow is amazing! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ This is it! It really looks like the photo - fluffy, but supports the neck perfectly. The folding option is pretty much useless in my opinion, but there is a nice clip to attach the bag to so it works well. Definitely recommend!
