Incorrect banana plug size
Assumed 4mm banana plug is physically larger than 4mm banana plug. No matter what type of 4mm banana test plug I use, I can't get any of the plugs to stay in this adapter because the banana plug is physically too big. Actual measurements with a micrometer show 4.6mm, which allows 4mm banana plugs to fall right out of the socket.
