I don't know how to describe it

Came out of the box with a torn ear pad. The ear cushions sometimes just fall off and the battery runs out very quickly. The tip of the arch curves and gets to a point where they are off center and hurt your ears. But they're pretty good, apart from those minor inconveniences. The sound quality isn't bad, but the noise-cancellation doesn't work well unless the volume is very high.
