Not age appropriate for 3+; too small
Not very sturdy. Maybe this is okay for a 1-2 year old to sit and play with but it says 3+. There's no way my niece & nephew would not destroy this. Definitely wouldn't waste the money. Just go for the bigger one.
- easy to assemble and hours of fun for the little kids. imaginary play is at its best
- The electric drill may be too noisy and distracting for children who prefer less noise during playtime
