I bought this saddle colored bag for my girlfriend's law school graduation and she loved it as did everyone who saw it. Of course I regretted that one day I didn't buy one, I saw it because it's beautiful - and the brown one is already sold out. They only had beige and gray colors available - neither of which appealed to me as a color, and black, which I already have too many. it is even more beautiful than brown. Well designed and well packaged. I have seen several reviews from people claiming that this is not real leather - it is. It may not smell strongly of leather, but certainly not of plastic or chemicals, as if it were a fake. to my dismay when my daughter's water bottle leaked as she lay next to her bag and sucked up a corner of some water. Only real leather will absorb water, but faux leather and synthetic leather will not, so ignore these reviews, they're wrong. If you are thinking of buying this bag you will not be disappointed.
