compromises? Difficult to say without trying out all the options

Three top choices when choosing an apron for a store. I chose the Briteree because of the built in magnets which are great for holding a few screws or some extra drill bits. This is a very good functional apron. It is convenient to carry - even full of tools. I particularly like the metal ring which is a very handy permanent place to keep the remote control for my dust bag and specialty vacuum cleaner. The pockets are ideal for a lightweight tape measure (it fits a large tape measure, but why carry it around?), a small tape measure and marker sticks. Cons: (1) The phone pocket isn't big enough for today's big smartphones or mine, which always has an extra battery. (2) Additional pencil pockets are needed on the apron: one for a carpenter's pencil, one for a standard #3 pencil, one or two for a scriber and scratcher, and one for an awl or punch to make holes or tighten screws. (There is plenty of space if you use the cellphone space.) (3) You should get used to wearing an apron. Straps have a tendency to pull out under an impact if you're not careful when removing them. There is a loop for hanging. I need to start using it instead of shoulder straps. All in all a very satisfactory purchase. I would buy it again.

Pros
  • Practical tool apron – with a practical magnet pad for attaching bits, nails, screws. Flap over tool pockets to keep sawdust out. Removable, padded shoulder straps distribute weight to avoid neck strain.
Cons
  • Functionality
