need work - Exercise & Fitness

So the watch was really good I will give it to you. how it looks, which is cool because you can change it daily if you want. Steps, sleep, heart rate were very accurate. What I liked was the blood pressure which I also checked on my regular cuff and they were neck and neck. I liked that I could check it out during the day. Now for the cons. For some reason, even after entering my settings, it never told me when I received text messages. Only calls were displayed. The Find My Phone feature only worked once and never worked again. I even tried the phone next to the clock. Because of this, the alarm clock didn't work. If you train as much and as hard as me, I really don't think this watch could be for you. The watch counts calories in kcal. So if you want to know roughly how many calories you've burned in a day, you'll need to convert them, which can be annoying as I don't know how accurate it is. Using the internet converter, the watch said I burned about 864 kilocalories, which converted to 864,000 kcal. NO LOL. There is no sport mode for a simple workout. Ex: weightlifting, interval training, etc.) you can only choose from the sports that they have. Even if I turn the screen on and off with the side button, the whole watch turns off if my wrist bends even slightly. I moved the watch around on my wrist a bit, but it still turned off and didn't count my steps or workouts. Needless to say, the watch is not for me. If you just need something that tracks your steps, heart rate, and blood pressure, this might work for you. But for those who want more specific things. I don't think it is.
