The watch straps are fine, a little less flexible than the original straps but still fine. But they do NOT come with metal pins that attach them to the watch. You need to remove the old ones from the old watch strap and put them into the new strap to replace them. It's a hassle, and if you have poor eyesight or don't have pinky fingers or small tools, changing them every time you want to change your watch strap would be a big hassle. However, if you can find additional pins elsewhere, the straps themselves are pretty good.
