Media could not be loaded. I have been involved in health and fitness for over 13 years. I know a lot about it. Let me quickly run through the ingredient profile of this product for you all. This is funny! Let's start with the main ingredients: Creatine Mono - 2.5g - OK, but you need 5g per day. Either give out two servings, or you need to take creatine separately as well. Beta-Alanine 1.5g is goodβ¦ But again, for the full effect, you should take 3.2g per day for a month. You can't just take it once a day and hope for the best. So this pre-workout is not enough to supplement. Arginine Slicate 0.25 g - what is this nonsense with silicate? I hate it when companies make ridiculous chemicals that are a little different because they make people think their product is unique. Sorry, this 0.25g Arginine Silicate will do you nothing but waste your money. L-Citrulline L-Aspartic Acid 0.25g - what the heck is that? It does absolutely nothing for anyone. An effective citrulline dose is 3-6 g, .25 g!? Just another bag of shit. Intensity Matrix - I'm going to skip this whole junk "Matrix". Everything is underdosed or just doesn't work. Stimulant Matrix β Again, what the heck? 0.222g No. It's triple spelled caffeine and all junk. I would prefer not to have them at all. People can extract caffeine from coffee or add stimulants themselves. In my opinion there is no need to put it in a pre-dose. L-Theanine 0.2g - good. really nothing special. L-Theanine is an amino acid (a fancy name for a protein) that's advertised as an anti-anxiety and sedative. It is commonly found in plants and fungi such as green tea. Why did they add that to the pre-workout? Maybe because they want you to cool off after you've pumped your adrenals with caffeine? I do not know. In any case, I think that's nonsense. Just ditch that and the caffeine and have some matcha instead. It's healthier, full of antioxidants, and already contains those two chemicals. That's all? AHA! That's it for the active ingredients! Now for my FAVORITE PART...where you'll find out if the company you're shopping from really cares about health and fitness! ! If you don't already know, you should stay away from him at all costs. It is a VERY common preservative in foods and supplements. Unfortunately, it is NOT made from citrus fruits. Citric acid is grown on black mold! I dont lie. Go and see this. It should NOT be in ANY of your foods or supplements. Also watch out for "sodium citrate" and "potassium citrate," two by-products of citric acid. Natural flavors and artificial flavors. Natural flavors are almost as bad as artificial flavors. Except that artificial is known to have more random additives, and BAD ones! What are random additions you ask? Well, food companies are allowed to add up to 100 chemicals to a natural extract or ingredient (natural simply means derived from a plant or animal source), and these are considered "adventitious additives" and are not included in the ingredients list. . So, natural flavors are typically a single extract from a plant or animal source with up to 100 other chemicals added from everywhere... yes. Vegan my ass. If you've ever come across natural flavors, think twice that this product is vegan. Silica gel/silicic acid is a release agent used to improve the flow of your powder. Think of the sand on the beach, because quartz is sand, glass, crystal, one and the same. Not great, not terrible. Useful, however, in powdered products. Malic Acid - Adding acidity/astringency. Meh.SUCRALOSE - This is the worst thing in the world to be honest. I don't care who you are, what you do or what you eat, it shouldn't be in your diet. Trust me. Based on years of experience with this chemical that literally causes bulimia, anxiety and depression...I can tell you it's awful. Oh, studies say it causes weight gain and can cause cancer. So that's it. Calcium silicate and silicic acid are release agents (keeps the powder dry and does not clump). Soluble fiber is unclear. Many products say this about the three ingredient blends xanthan, cellulose and carrageenan. If it has carrageenan in it I wouldn't want it anywhere near me as scientists now consider it a carcinogen. Acesulfame potassium is another artificial sweetener that contains sucralose. terrible for you It should NOT be in a health product ANYWHERE. By the way, what kind of people do you usually see drinking Diet Coke and lemonade? Have you ever wondered why you can't lose weight...? Because these chemicals spoil their bodies and minds. But hey, don't take my experience as gospel. Find out for yourself after suffering for 10 YEARS. Or just stop taking it now while you still can. Red 40 is an artificial coloring agent that has been found to cause hyperactivity, cancer, and a variety of other negative health effects in children. But you really need that color because you're a kid and you care a lot about the color of your supplements... right? CERTAINLY. Lake Red 40. Since one red wasn't enough, we add a second carcinogen to the mix. That's it folks. Now let me tell you everything I think: It's cheaper than a lot of pre-workouts right now, but it's absolutely NOT something that everyone should be consuming. These ingredients are HORRIBLE health hazards and the key ingredient's profile is so ineffective, why would you put yourself through that? If you really believe that 30 servings is actually 15 servings to get an effective dose of creatine or beta-alanine, then you see what a wasted health risk to your wallet. I highly recommend buying only the 6 key ingredients that actually work and which are found in almost every effective pre-workout. I do that and I mix them up in a blender, pour them into a jar and keep them in the fridge. Salt and Epsom salts for electrolytes. It is very easy to determine how much of each powder to inject. I just use the most effective dose listed in the health/fitness studies (I posted a 45 second clip I made to show how I do it and attached it to this review... I hope it helps some of you, a decent, really useful pre-workout powder). I use blate papes to ingest the powder so I don't have to taste it. (Most often these are large softgels that allow you to take in excess of 6 grams of powder supplement at a time). This is the easiest and healthiest way I've found. You don't have to worry about what other ingredients are in your pre-workout (because you chose them). Plus, you can choose the dosage of each! I get mad at companies that don't care about health. I think the problem is that most fitness people are obsessed with looks. It's okay, and that's why I'm still dedicated to my work, to be honest. BUT, you won't look your best unless you're really healthy on the inside. BELIEVE ME. I spent my entire student life and many years later trying to figure this out the hard way. Our mind is also particularly important for staying healthy. With all that said, I hope this will help some of you reconsider this product and the way you take supplements in general.
