This product exceeded my expectations, I really appreciated that. Package. Inside, the mounting hardware has been well organized and packaged, then packed into individual sealed plastic bags. The main unit came pre-assembled, it was also beautifully covered in plastic and had a strong reusable limit binding to prevent the spring from stretching during shipping. All parts were present including the special hex wrenches needed for final assembly of the adjustment. You can't use every piece of hardware, I really think Huanuo the manufacturer probably has every possible TV or monitor mounting scenario covered with all the mounting hardware included, and it's all high quality. The guide was excellent. and printed in a booklet on high quality paper. There were a lot of graphics that made sense and they were clearly printed too. They were very helpful in identifying the parts, the tools you need to mount it to the wall(s) which is either drywall or concrete. An added plus is that the language they are written in is American English. I usually have a hard time finding this in home project kits imported from overseas. For my application I had to think about where to mount the device depending on the range of motion the device would provide and I'm glad I did that before I simply drilled mounting holes in my wall and then found that it did the wrong ones. (measure twice, drill once) The product quality is first class and high quality. The few pieces that require assembly fit together nicely, no sloppy edges or sharp edges. The main parts are made of stamped or cast metal. The surface looks like powder-coated and is flawless. The cable channels are plastic and they also support and hide cables well. They fit the position without being sloppy or tight. There is only a product-specific sticker on the product for adjusting the spring tension, but it is also useful to be present during assembly and you can remove it. But how does it work? I have a 22 inch TV that only weighs about 5 pounds. For my purposes, this is amazing! Offering full freedom of movement as advertised, it holds the TV securely in place while still being easy to move. I can't comment on the durability of the wall mount, I've only had it a week, but I expect it will serve me well for many years to come. Note that the locking screws and washers used to attach the unit to the wall could be black to match the wall bracket. Don't worry, the Black Magic Marker will take care of the discrepancy. Would I buy this again? Absolutely yes. Good luck with your project, I did well.
