Review on Robinair 16256 R 134A Injector Coupler by Aaron Cruz

I've only used it 3 or 4 times in the two years I've owned it but the other day I used it and now it doesn't splatter oil. Every time I inject oil, it shoots out the top of the fitting and through the hole in the center of the handle, opening/closing the valve. Not sure if it failed but very disappointed that with the minimal usage it had it failed completely.
