Great for traveling and hiking

I first used this pack while traveling to Montana for a week and used it when we hiked the glacier. My food stayed cold even after carrying it on my back all day and seemed to work better than the insulated bag we brought but left in the car. didn't fit my water bottle on the side but was ok to put it on.
